Arctic Raspberry Gimlet

ÓGIN Arctic
  • 5cl ÓGIN Arctic
  • 5–6 leaves of bog myrtle
  • 3cl lime juice
  • 2cl simple syrup

Garnish with arctic raspberries and bog myrtle. Serve over clear ice with cold neutral tonic water.

Cloud Sour

ÓGIN Cloud
  • 5cl ÓGIN Cloud
  • 2 tbsp cloudberry jam
  • 2cl honey
  • 3cl egg white
  • 3cl lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Mix all ingredients in shaker for creamy head. Top with soda water and salt. Garnish with rosemary and cloudberries.

Nature & Tonic

  • 5cl ÓGIN Nature
  • 0.5cl lemon juice
  • Arctic raspberries
  • Pine shoots and bog myrtle

Serve over clear ice with cold neutral tonic water. Alternative: substitute with rosemary, regular raspberries, and extra lemon.

Barrel Martini

  • 7cl ÓGIN Barrel
  • 1cl dry vermouth
  • Olives

Stir over clear ice carefully to limit dilution. Garnish with one or two olives.

Pink Gin Fizz

ÓGIN Pink
  • 3cl ÓGIN Pink
  • 2cl Aperol
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2cl agave syrup
  • 3cl lemon juice
  • 3cl egg white
  • 10cl fruity sour beer
  • 6cl soda water

Garnish with lingonberry salt.
